Customers struggle to find reliable professionals — they rely on word-of-mouth, pay in cash, and have no recourse when something goes wrong. Professionals, meanwhile, are treated as disposable gig workers — underpaid, unsupported, and stripped of dignity.

We started VanHub to fix this. Our thesis was simple: if we verify every professional, insure every booking, and pay pros fairly and quickly, we can build a marketplace that works for both sides. Three years and 1.8 million bookings later, that thesis has held. Our complaint rate is 0.3%. Our pro retention is 84%. Our customers come back — the average VanHub user books 4.2 services per year.

But we're just getting started. India has 500 million smartphone users and 500+ cities. There are millions of skilled professionals earning below their potential because they lack a trusted platform. There are hundreds of millions of customers settling for unreliable service because they don't have a better option. Our mission is to connect them — with trust, with transparency, and with the dignity both sides deserve.
